Privacy & cookies
How the services on SJE Plus work with your information.
SJE Plus is a media ministry of St. John the Evangelist Parish. For questions about information you share with our team, contact media@stjohnparish.org.
Watching videos
Watch pages include a YouTube player using privacy-enhanced mode. Loading a watch page connects your browser to YouTube; playback starts when you press Play. Privacy-enhanced mode limits personalization, but does not mean that no information is collected. YouTube’s services are covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Contacting the team
Our Contact form uses Wix to process your inquiry and notify the SJE Plus team. Information you submit is used to respond to your message. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to email updates.
Email updates
Mailchimp processes SJE Plus subscriptions and delivers emails. Signup requires its own unchecked consent box and an inbox confirmation. You can unsubscribe through the link in those emails. SJE Plus subscriptions are separate from parish emails and Contact inquiries. See Mailchimp’s privacy information.
Giving
Our Support page loads an embedded Givebutter donation form. Givebutter and its payment providers process giving information under their own policies; see the Givebutter Privacy Policy. You can also open the donation form directly.
Cookies and browser storage
Wix provides this website’s hosting, session, security and analytics services. Wix and embedded providers may use cookies or similar browser storage. Our form safeguards also use session storage to help prevent accidental repeated submissions.
You can review or remove cookies and site data through your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking cookies, storage or JavaScript may affect players and forms. Removing browser data does not withdraw a newsletter subscription or erase information already sent to a provider. Use the email unsubscribe link or contact the team for help with those requests.
